- Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracts (“EPC”) for projects, including but not limited to: building construction for factories, offices, warehousing purposes, PPE , infrastructure, and industrial projects.
- For projects: subject to the risk assessment and the respective sector, up to 20 years.
- Additional collateral/security measures will be identified on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Application of these collaterals may be changed at the bank’s discretion.
- Every case is bespoke, as is every export contract. The exact terms and each party's obligations of the respective export contract will therefore have to be reflected in the financing documentation.
