QATAR EXPORTS department provides exporters with a thorough knowledge of world markets and potential opportunities, as well as a practical support in promoting their services and products. QDB established QATAR EXPORTS in 2011, to service all Qatar-based exporters regardless of the size of their export contracts, the sector they represent or their turnover, with the main aim to develop non-hydrocarbon exports through capacity-building, foreign market intelligence, export finance and other incentives.

What services does “Qatar Exports” provide to promote Qatari products?
Qatar Exports offers a range of integrated services to support Qatar-based companies in promoting their non- hydrocarbon products/services in international markets, including:
- International Exhibitions: Organizing the Qatar’s Pavilion at selected international exhibitions and providing comprehensive support to participating companies.
- Trade Missions: Qatar Exports plays a pivotal role in organizing trade missions for Qatar-based companies to targeted international markets, based on specialized market studies. The aim is to conduct B2B meetings between representatives of SMEs and potential international buyers, in addition to site visits to enhance business and trade cooperation opportunities.

What is the International Exhibitions Sponsorship Program (Minha)?
- The International Exhibitions Sponsorship Program (Minha) is a value-added service for SMEs registered with Qatar Exports, designed to support their participation in international exhibitions that are not listed on Qatar Exports’ official calendar.
- The program offers up to 70% financial coverage for exhibition spaces, stand construction /shell scheme, travel, and accommodation, with benefits varying based on the company’s export value. The annual support cap is QAR 200,000 per SME.
- To apply, SMEs should complete the application form through the Qatar Exports portal and attach a price quotation or contract detailing the participation costs. Applications are reviewed by the relevant team and must be submitted at least 2–3 months before the exhibition date.

What services are offered by the "Minha" program?
The program provides SMEs with the opportunity to participate in international exhibitions that are not part of Qatar export’s calendar and covers the following:
- Up to 70% of the space cost + Shell scheme (provided by the event’s organizers).
- In the case of a customized standup, QDB will cover 70% of the shell scheme cost.
- SMEs are entitled to book a limited space of 9 to 12 sqm only.
- QDB to identify and cover the cost of flight tickets and accommodation.
- SMEs can benefit from the program for up to QAR200,000 per year.
