How do customers register on the NFG platform?
Customers begin by accessing the NFG landing page and clicking the “Start Your Financing Journey” button, which redirects them to the login/sign-up screen.
Users are required to register via NAS (Tawtheeq) platform. Through NAS, users complete identity verification steps including account type selection, personal information entry, email verification, and password creation.
Once completed, their credentials are linked to their QID and synced with the NFG platform.
After successful NAS registration, the user is redirected to begin Company Profile Setup.
Note: Currently, registration is only available for companies registered with MOCI. Additional company types will be supported in the near future.

What information is required for registration?
After NAS login, users set up their company profile by verifying their CR number (validated against QID).
Company details are auto-populated - such as name (Arabic/English), CR status, sector, creation/expiry dates, ownership, shareholders, and authorized signatories.
Users also manually add information such as company website, address, primary business activity, company descriptions, and the primary shareholder's phone number.

Will I receive confirmation once registration is complete?
Yes. Once you submit your profile, you will receive a confirmation email and see a status update on your dashboard confirming your company is onboarded and eligible to submit financing requests.
