The program is designed to address short-term liquidity requirements to support manufacturers, with its primary objectives being to:
- Ensure operational continuity and provide immediate funding for essential obligations.
- Support Qatar’s industrial sector and enhance the capacity of local manufacturers to navigate various challenges.
- Support national self-sufficiency and safeguard domestic production capabilities.
What are the key financing terms?
- This program is designed to support the diverse operational needs of Qatari factories through direct financing from QDB, including:
- Salaries: Coverage of up to 3 months of wages and salaries for factory labor and staff (based on the latest WPS payroll records).
- Rentals: Coverage of up to 3 months of rental obligations for factory facilities and buildings (based on valid rental agreements).
- Other Operational Expenses: Up to 5% of the latest audited annual revenue to cover additional liquidity requirements, including utilities, transportation, logistics services, and other operational overheads.

The maximum profit rate on financing is capped at 3%.
Tenor:
Up to 4 years, including a grace period of up to 2 years.
Technical Verification:
Final finance tenors are verified by QDB’s technical departments to ensure the facility is perfectly tailored to the manufacturer’s specific needs.
