Housing Construction Funding

A grant of up to 1,2 million QAR allocated to nationals eligible by virtue of the Regulations of the Department of Housing in Ministry of Social Development and Family.

Brief about the service

*Collection of installments begins after two years from the date of concluding the contract or receiving the full amount by the seller, whichever comes first.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • A copy of the title deed from both sides with the housing condition
  • The attached plans (A01) are the map showing the size of the residence, provided that the building area is not less than 329 m2.
  • A bank pledge from the bank to which the client's salary is transferred
  • An undated guarantee check in the name of Qatar Development Bank for the value of the first payment, a guarantee of 150,000 riyals
  • QID
  • A building permit

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN CASE OF DEATH

  • Identification of Heirs
  • A power of attorney
  • A letter from the General Authority for Minors Affairs in case there are minors
  • Death certificate
