- Minimum operating history of 3 years
- Positive operating profits for the last 2 years of operation
For Qatari Overseas Subsidiary:
- Overseas Subsidiary with a minimum of 49% Qatar based ownership (minimum ownership requirements may be waived on a case-by-case basis)
