Brief about the service
*Collection of installments begins upon receipt of the full amount by the seller.
Required Documents
- A copy of deed of the property and accompanying plans
- Guarantee from the bank where the client’s salary is deposited
- Copy of architectural drawings (A01) accredited by Construction Planning
- Certificate of Construction Completion for the house to be purchased
- A copy of QID
- A copy of the seller's ID card
- Bank confirmation letter for the seller’s IBAN
Required Documents in Case of Death
- Identification of Heirs
- Authorization by the persons named in the applicant's Identification of Heirs
- Death Certificate
- A letter from the General Authority for Minors Affairs in case there are minors
Eligibility Requirements
- The property on which the house is situated must not be inferior to the area stipulated by the Ministry of Municipality
- The total area of the building must not be less than 329 sqm
- The building must not be older than 10 years based on the date mentioned in the Construction Completion Certificate
