Funding amounting to 1.2 million Qatari Riyals, according to the letter issued by the Ministry of Social Development and Family.
Brief about the service
*Collection of installments begins after two years from the date of concluding the contract or receiving the full amount by the seller, whichever comes first.
Required Documents
- A copy of the title deed from both sides with the housing condition
- Guarantee letter the bank where the client’s salary is deposited
- A copy of QID
- A building permit from the Ministry of Municipality
Required Documents in Case of Death
- Identification of Heirs
- Authorization by the persons named in the applicant's Identification of Heirs
- Death certificate
- A letter from the General Authority for Minors Affairs in case there are minors
