Installation Grant
Based on Cabinet Decision No. (2) of 2007, issued during its ordinary meeting on April 11, 2007, Qatar Development Bank (QDB) is mandated to manage the disbursement of housing construction grants. This process is conducted in coordination with the Ministry of Social Development and Family to ensure the fulfillment of all requirements for housing construction.
Required Documents
- A Copy of Original deed of the property and accompanying plans (from the seller)
- A Copy of Certificate of Electronic Disconnection
- Owner account number
- A Copy of Certificate of the demolition of the installation house
- A copy of your Qatari ID
- A copy of the house building permit issued by the Ministry of Municipality
